hi,
I just created a basic drivehq.com account, i recived the Welcome email, when i am trying to login to my accoun using my ftp client on ftp.drivehq.com, get the error:
Login failed: 530 Not logged on, user or password incorrect!
any help please?

Could you try logon http://www.drivehq.com using Internet Explorer first?

If you forgot your username / password, you can use the "Forgot logon info" link at the top-right corner of www.drivehq.com website to recover your logon info.
