Remote Desktop Support
Remote Desktop Support is available to premium users only.
If a problem on your PC cannnot be solved using the regular support methods, sometimes we can try Remote Desktop Support.
You will need to
install DriveHQ Team Anywhere
on your PC, then email us your device ID and password. We can then
connect to your PC and solve the problem on your PC remotely.
Note: You can share the entire screen, or only an application window (for better security & privacy).
You can monitor what's being done to your PC. You can configure the software to require your manual acceptance of any incoming connections.
You can use Team Anywhere to support non-DriveHQ products/services.

Phone support is available during our normal business hours only (Mon - Fri, 9am-6pm PST).
Email support is available 7 days a week; it is recommended as it can get the problems solved faster. DriveHQ customer support
forum, online help and service manuals also offer a lot of resource for trouble-shooting any problems.
If you experience any problems with our desktop software or mobile apps, please note all DriveHQ/CameraFTP apps have a built-in feature for
sending event logs to support. The event logs can help our engineers locate the problem. Please make sure to provide
the detailed information about how the problem can be duplicated.
