Hi, this is a small accounting firm. We have about PCs. If we order your service, can we just order one premium account, or should we order for each person / computer?

For a small firm, it is recommended to order our Group Account service. This way, you only need to order one premium service. All users have their own accounts and personal folders, but also can share the same storage, folder and bandwidth, etc. The Group Account owner (administrator) can manage all group member accounts.

By default, you receive 1 free group member license. If you need more, you can order additional user licenses for a very low price of $6/user/year. You can use the same premium service to backup as many computers as you have; you can install our client software on any number of computers without any restrictions.

Sounds good. Now another question:

Do we have to install WWWBackup in all computers, or can we do a central backup from one server? That would be much more convenient!

This is a little bit tricky; WWWBackup was originally designed for backing up files on one computer only. But we do have some users, including some small companies using it to backup all computers from one central server.

There are two ways to accomplish it:

(1) Let all users save important files to a shared folder on the central server, and run WWWBackup on the central server to backup the folder.

(2) Map network drives from the central server to all PCs. Run WWWBackup on the central server and create multiple backup tasks in WWWBackup to backup each shared folders.
