I wish to have a Dropbox where I can record data from an App so that I can analyse intallations. I have placed a password on the Dropbox.

How can I programmatically send a file to this dropbox? I can quite happily programmatically FTP a file to the account using its user name and password, but I can't seem to find a combination that will send a file to the dropbox using its passord. I don't want the main account and password in the code if at all possible.

Thanks.

Subject: Re:Programmatic Access to a Dropbox
Well, I solved it a different way using a group account. This turns out to be more flexible.
I converted my DriveHQ account to one with group settings. I then created a group account and shared a folder with that account, giving it add/upload privilege only.  I can then get my ftp to go to the group account under the drivehq shares. And the uploaded file can be deleted only through my main account. Brilliant.

I also have the flexibility to pass data back though another folder shared with read only access. Great.
