Subject: Re: Setting Permissions on Root

Hi, the root folder is a virtual folder, you cannot delete, edit or set permission to it.

When you logon your account, you will always have upload/add access to the root folder; you will also have full access to any files / folders in the root folder, except possibly DriveHQShare, which is also a virtual folder.

When you share your folders to other users, you cannot share the root folder as it is dangerous for other users to gain access to all your files/folders. You should only share a regular folder to other users.
