My email account is with verizon.net and to my knowledge, is not a free account domain.  So, why do I not have True Account status?
I also put $5.00 into my account, figuring that would do it, but although the amount is credited to my account ($4.50 of it anyway), I am still not a True Account., and thus am not able to publsh any files/folders.
Why is this?

Nevermind.  It's working now.  Guess it takes a couple of  hours to implement.
Btw, next time a major change like this happens, would be nice if we were INFORMED of it.

Subject: Re: It's updated to True Account now

I just checked your account, it is updated to true account now.

As DriveHQ.com becomes very popular, some free-service users have abused our service by posting inapproriate contents, such as copyrighted materials without proper authorization and pornography, etc. We have seen significant increase of such abuse in the past 6 months. To fight such abuse, we have treated email addresses hosted by email hosting companies as un-trustable unless they use a private company domain name. The result is you must use a company private domain email address (e.g. xxx@microsoft.com, but not xxx@hotmail.com, xxx@msn.com or xxx@live.com) to get a True Account.

Anyway, please also note that our free service is designed for personal and casual use only. If it is for business use, or if you use it very heavily, such as uploading / downloading very large files, you should upgrade to premium service. The free service has other restrictions that make it only suitable for personal and casual use.
