After setting a synchronization, if I restart my PC, the synchronization mysteriously disappears. I never had this problem with the free plan, just when I upgraded to the 2GB plan recently.

Could you try to re-create the synchronization task and restart your computer see if it disappears again? If so, I guess you just need to download the latest version FileManager 3.5 Build 231. Please email support@drivehq.com for more questions.
