The plan you ordered is a time-lapse recording plan. Your camera uploads 1 image/hour. If you use CameraFTP Viewer to play the recorded images, by default, it will play at 1 image/s. You can increase the speed. However, it could be hard to reach 30 images/s since it needs to download 30 images/s.
You can use any FTP client program such as FileZilla to download the recorded images to your local PC (Mac) first. You can then use a video editor or time-lapse creator program to create a time-lapse video locally. You can specify the frame rate in your video editor / timelapse creator program.
