I am not familiar with Sharx cameras. So I just searched online and found a little info about one of their camera models:
http://www.sharxsecurity.com/specs/SharxSecurityHTNC2201_2019.pdf
It supports FTP. So it should be at least partially compatible with our service. For configuring an IP camera, please read a setup guide document carefully. Just visit cameraftp.com and click Cameras. You can see we listed many IP camera brands and models on the left-hand side. Click a model to read the setup guide document. For example:
https://cameraftp.com/CameraFTP/Support/GenericVideoIPCamera.aspx
Different IP cameras have very different setup interface, but the steps are usually similar. If you cannot configure it, please at least try a few steps and tell us which step you had problem. Please email us screenshots showing how/what you configured to your camera.
In many cases, it is better to contact your camera manufacturer. We don't have your camera model, so it is hard for us to test it. But your camera manufacturer can test our FTP service easily.

If you have a spare PC, you can use it as a CCTV DVR system by installing CameraFTP VSS software. VSS can scan your local network, find your camera's IP address, connect to the camera's video stream, display the live video and record it to the cloud or local hard drive. Note: the PC must be always on and VSS software must be running. (VSS can automatically start)
